Daily Kharcha — روزانہ خرچہ

Last updated: 26 June 2026
Daily Kharcha is an offline personal finance app. Your financial data stays on your device. This policy explains what the app stores, the permissions it uses, and the limited data collected by third parties.

1 Information You Enter into the App

All information you enter — expenses, income, budgets, categories, udhaar/lending records, installment (qist) plans, and recurring transactions — is stored only on your device in a local database. For udhaar records you may optionally enter a person's name and phone number; this too is stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sync, see, or have access to any of your records.

2 Information Collected by Third Parties

The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device information, and ad-interaction data in line with Google's privacy policy. This is the only data collection that occurs, and it is handled by Google, not by us.

3 Permissions the App Uses

4 Opening WhatsApp

The udhaar reminder feature can open WhatsApp with a message you choose to send. The app only launches WhatsApp at your request; it does not read your contacts or messages, and sending the reminder is entirely your choice.

5 Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6 Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove individual records at any time, or erase everything via Settings → Clear All Data. You may also create local PDF or JSON backups, which are shared only through your device's own share options when you choose to.

7 Your Rights

Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control — you can view, edit, export, or permanently delete it at any time.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
